CAP Training Period:

The internship Progression Accompanied by Freefall (CAP) allows you to become a skydiver after 6 jumps! It is the ideal way to begin skydiving.

Real lesson, this one-week course begins with a day of classroom training during which you'll learn the equipment and basic techniques of skydiving.

From the first jump, the student discovers the joys of free fall starting at 4200 meters with its own skydive. The instructor accompanies the student in freefall and guide through a series of actions to correct the position.
